| Economic growth has been the subject that conccrned by economists at home and abroad, in recent years, due to the emerge of many problems such as environmental damage caused by economic growth, scholars began to focus oh research of the quality of the economic growth. Quality of economic growth is directly related to a country or a region's economic development, have far-reaching impact of economic, social, environmental and other aspects. Therefore, the research of the quality of economic growth and the analysis of the advantages and problems in the economic growth of Hebei Province, have significance to the orderly and healthy development of economic in hebei province.In this paper, first, definited the contents that impact on economic growth in the quality, basing on the in-depth description and analysis on the achievement of related research in domestic and foreign theory of economic growth quality; second, established a comprehensive evaluation index system that contains six areas,12 secondary indicators and 21 three indicators according to the meaning of economic growth quality and evaluation principles, fixed the evaluation model; third, basing on the fixed evaluation index system, using the nation's data in 2006 and 2009, made the vertical and horizontal comparison analysis in quality conditions for economic growth in Hebei Province respectively from the six aspect that economic efficiency, social and economic structure, economic growth and stability, sustained economic growth, identify the characteristics of economic growth in Hebei Province; forth, evaluated the 30 regions's except Tibet's economic growth quality status by using of factor analysis, basing on evaluation results, systemly analysised the situation of the factors of Hebei ecnomic growth quality in 2006 and 2009, pointed the advantages and disadvantages of Hebei provence; finally, put forward operational countermeasures for the main problems existing in the quality of economic growth of Hebei province. |
