Research On The Development Path Of Ecological Economy In China

When socio-economic system actually belongs to natural ecosystems, ecological constraint is always there, but only if productivity levels developed enough so that the impact of human activities on the natural world reaches a certain limit, the eco-economy will enter the research horizon.This paper is based on the political economy, the basic point is historical materialism, the basic method used is materialist dialectics. In this paper, the whole chapter goes along with the logic of What is Ecological Economy- Why to develop Ecological Economy- How to develop Ecological Economy. This paper explores the connotation definition and characteristics of Ecological Economy. It is an innovation, the core and essence of this paper, and later part in this paper is a logical extension on this basis.The first and second part of the article is the theoretical foundation. Based on the comprehensive survey on the theory of eco-economics, we draw the general meaning of ecological economy: the ecological economy is a new development model, it is to ensure the stability and healthy functioning of ecosystems, under this condition, to achieve sustained, steady, high-quality economic growth, achieve continuous growth of social welfare, and ultimately achieve the virtuous circle of coordinated development between man and nature. It requires real equality between man and nature, which in turn must first achieve equality between people. Thus ecology and economy is the economy to adapt to future forms of social, ecological economy can now be said to be the "primary stage." With the help of "cognitive conflict" theory, we explain the mechanism of a virtuous cycle of ecological economy, and raised the possibility at this stage through the establishment of "the first impetus" to develop ecological economy. Ecological Economy category at this time is only general abstract, not having really feature. From the perspective of holism, combined with China’s actual situation, we develop its four essential characteristics: the unity between ecological optimization and economic growth, the unity between partial and integral, the unity between regional and international and the unity between current and historical.In the third part, we use ecological footprint model for the development of eco-economy country to do quantitative analysis, the following conclusions: huge total amount of ecological demand, structural imbalances between ecological demand and supply, low eco-efficiency, direct obstacle to the development of ecological economy is traditional development path pattern dependence. Similarly "cognitive conflict" theory is used to explain the formation mechanism of negative side effects on social and people’s own development of the traditional development model, and of the path dependence.While quantitative analysis draws some immediate conclusions, but this article concerns about the fundamental factors which determine the development of ecological economy, so more research is needed. In the fourth part, starting with the essential characteristics of ecological economy, we deduced institutional factors, international factors and historical factors; in the fifth part, corresponding, indicating the path of the development of ecological economy.
