Research On The Risk And Supervision Of Internet Finance

The internet finance is growing rapidly in China in latest years, 2013 was concerned as “the first year ” of internet finance, 2014 was deemed as “ the regulation year ” of internet finance. With the fast growing of the internet finance, so many problems have arisen, such as the bankruptcy of P2 P and illegal fund-raising. Even so many scholars and media have done lots of research about the internet finance, I have found that there are not enough study on the risk and regulation of the internet finance. Hence, I try to discuss the risk and regulation of the internet finance systematically. Literature reading, classification, comparison and information-studying have been adapted in this thesis. First of all, the concept, the character, the effect, and the reason for development of the internet finance were discussed. Secondly, I analyzed the technology risk, business risk and legal risk comprehensively and thoroughly. Finally, the content and measures of regulation were analyzed deeply based on the study of foreign supervision. The innovation of this thesis was the systematical and in-depth analysis of the risk and regulation on the internet finance. Besides, I have tried my best to use the latest data. I hope that I could put forward some helpful suggestions to the development of the internet finance in China.
