In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,especially the mobile Internet,the internet finance in china has developed in an explosive way.Network payment,network lending(P2P),equity financing and public network to raise financial products sales and other services are showing rapid growth trend.It is true that the Internet has indeed improved the efficiency of financial services,to help reduce the cost of the transaction process and the development of inclusive finance has played an important role in promoting.However,the Internet banking or finance,financial risk characteristics of internet finance still has.Not only that,because of the internet finance is based on internet technology and business,so the risk characteristics of the internet are superimposed on the general financial risk,has formed many unique characteristics of the Internet financial risk.Because of the risk of internet finance has particularities,difference with traditional financial risk,so use the traditional supervision mode and means cannot play an effective regulatory role in many cases,compulsory supervision means to use administrative means too much and temporary is unfavorable to the industry's innovation and the vitality of the market.In view of this,this paper based on the existing research in the view of Internet financial risk and supervision,through comparative analysis and case analysis,proved that internet financial risk has its own particularities,and concludes that the risk of internet financial particularities are reflected in what areas.And make some specific and effective suggestions for the regulatory policy of internet finance,in view of the actual situation of the current regulatory system of internet finance supervision,combined with the international experience of Internet financial regulation.
