With the rapid development of Internet and others involved industries In China for recent years, e-commercial business is no longer the exclusive business only running in the developed countries like the Europe and the United States. When Chinese Internet e-commerce giants such as Alibaba, Tao Bao, Tmall, Jing Dong etc. startup, meaning the Chinese e-commercial business has entered into a high-speed developing stage. In the international trade market, the international e-commercial business has become the new trend of the Chinese import and export trade, which running through online trading digital platform without time and space limited compared the traditional trade.At present, the international business made by domestics has more than 5000, and platforms more than 20 thousands. According to Chinese e-commercial research center data shows, the sales revenues of e-commercial business all over the china is more than $20 Billion, of which exports business has reached $1.5 Billion. And the growth rate is more than 30% compared with the last year, which is much higher than other business growth level; in addition, the sales is substantially increased in Russia, Brazil, India and other new market, so these markets become the new business basic area for many rapid developed international e-commercial business platforms. According to Ai Rui research report depict, the sales revenue of international e-commercial business will reach to 0.64 Trillion in 2016, which accounting for 18.5% of the total volume, so the international e-commercial business is getting a rapid develop opportunities with gradually growing up by domestic e-commercial business industry.I startup an international e-commercial business website named thatspoint.com with two partners in July 2012 for English service. So we used the B2 C model to sell our products from Chang Delta and Zhu Delta Area to all the English speaking countries by mature easy and secure payment provider and fast traceable international logistics service provider. On the selection of all the categories, we finally decided on the category of women apparel after analysis the related merchandise with the advantage of all kinds like the local, the international logistics and the fast fashion facts. Compared with international products, the category of women apparel in china become more international, fashionable and diversified styles, fast update, best quality but great price by Chinese domestic e-commercial companies.In this paper, through first-hand data and experience of being an entrepreneur, used the research methods of empirical analysis and normative analysis, using SWOT analysis,IFE/EFE, five forces model of competition and other tools, applied to the entire MBA study to the business management strategy. In accordance with the enterprise itself, and the system analysis of its industry, to focus on the implementation of strategic planning, research and suggestions for enterprises, so in that case to form this practical analysis report of business management strategy.
