Faced with difficulties in semi-high-end recruiting, hunting employed network and lashou network successfully prove that recruitment industry job categories will be divided into the future direction of development. As an important role of a semi-high-end executive recruitment, hunting employed network ’s joining in the online recruitment platform has become an inevitable trend. The site for high-end talent recruitment presents “candidate- hunting- enterprise "situation, breaking the traditional form of" candidate- enterprise ". As a new member of the online recruitment platform, we need to pay close attention to the behavioral patterns of hunting in the online recruitment platform.This paper analyzes the behavior of site registration based on the operational data of a high-end talent recruitment website, With the development of the site, the number of headhunting is increasing gradually. But the results show that the activity level of the site search needs to be improved. Nearly 3 percent of the registered search does not have any behavior in the site, and become dormant users. While only 5% of the search makes a contribution of around 50% to the behavior of the Website.For behavioral characteristics classification in accordance with the basic information of search,from the point of the region, experience and specializing in industry and other indicators, headhunters are much more in economically developed areas, such as Chengdu, the regional center of the cities which start late but develop rapidly, having a high level of activity. IT and other emerging Internet industry headhunter have a high enthusiasm. Headhunting’s less experience indicates that more newcomers joine the executive search industry. Such headhunting are more positive in job recommendations and responding candidates.This article uses Logistic regression model,and set up a model of search activity evaluation so as to get the relationships between the headhunting activity and the number of post jobs, sending jobs invitations, responding, downloading resumes,and the length of registration time.
