Investigation And Prospect Forecast Of Bicycle Sharing Based On Statistical Modeling

As we enter the new era,online shopping,AliPay,bicycle sharing,and high-speed train have become the new Four Great Inventions of China.Bicycle sharing not only accords with the idea of eco-friendly transportation,an idea advocated by people in modern times,but also improves the comprehensive transportation situations.However,any new type of business activity always comes with chaos in the beginning such as barbarous growth and disordered management.Bicycle sharing is no exception.Situations such as disordered placement and severe damage of bicycles have been troubling users.There are many factors affecting the satisfaction of users,so how to select the major ones out of them? How to effectively use these selected factors to express the satisfaction of users? It is extremely important for everyone to enjoy modern technologies since it is an age where technologies are found everywhere in our daily life.To improve existing management issues and offer similar experiences for other cities,questionnaire is employed as a main method in this research on the basis of many other studies conducted both in China and other countries,trying to create models for the factors affecting the satisfaction of users and explore how those major factors may affect the development trends of bicycle sharing in the future.In view of such purpose,this paper mainly starts from two perspectives which are the fundamental characteristics of users,and the objective factors affecting the satisfaction of users.This paper is consisted of five chapters.The research background,status quo and significance of the research of bicycle sharing are generally introduced in the first chapter.Relevant concepts such as factor analysis,contingency analysis and path model are introduced in the second chapter,and some concepts and testing methods of models of logistic regression model are briefly illustrated too.A detailed introduction of the ideas and principles behind the design of the questionnaire is offered in the third chapter,as well as the description of the pre-survey design.While the pre-survey data are analyzed with reliability and validity,and an official questionnaire is derived from modification.The official survey is carried out in the fourth chapter,and a total of 212 valid questionnaires have been collected and they are analyzed with SPSS22.0 and Amos17.0.With factor analysis,5 main constituents are derived from 19 factors,while path model is used for the confirmatory factor analysis and inspection of these five constituents.The result shows that these constituents extracted from our model turn out to be ideal.Then,a contingency analysis is built between the fundamental characteristics and recognition degree of users,and it finds out that significant differences exist.Lastly,a logistic regression model is built between the fundamental characteristics of users and factors based on the analysis above,and a brief forecasting about the future development of bicycle sharing is given,and corresponding suggestions are given,too,according to the results.A summary is offered in the fifth chapter,which proposes comments and suggestions regarding the future development of bicycle sharing according to the analysis results.
