Background:Decisions are closely related to our lives and everyone in our daily lives will be faced with a variety of decisions. In recent years, research of decision-making has been a focus of management related social sciences, psychology, economics and other concerns. A person tends to be affected by many factors when making decisions, Emotion is one of the most common factors. With the development of our society, more and more people feel anxious, Studies have shown that students’ anxiety domestic discovery rate of between 5%-30%. Thisnegative emotions greatly influence people’s decisions,at the same time, the risk and uncertainty in environment tend to induce decision makers more anxiety. Therefore, the relationship between the two has become very popular in recent years.Objective:(1)This study was to investigate and analyze the anxiety status of Medical Students, and except to Provide a basis for further investigate the epidemiological characteristics of anxiety.(2)This study take Balloon Analogue Risk Task, combined with the Technology of E-prime and Event-Related Potentials. Investigate behavioral and ERP Features of anxiety individuals in face of positive feedback and negative feedback, and the differences of behavioral and ERP in anxiety group and n control group. Methods:This study take convenience sampling method, and our subjects were from Beijing Medical University undergraduates, through Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and trait anxiety scale (STAI) double Surveying. While take students CET as a natural stress, selected in line with anxiety group and control group to participate in this experiment. This study use Balloon Analogue Risk Task and participants need to perform two experiments at the same time:behavioral experiments and event-related potentials. We except to reveals the impact of different types of stimulate to anxiety individuals from the behavior and brain activityResults:(1)The Analysis results ofEpidemiology:In this study, we use SAS Scale to investigate anxiety of Medical Students, that the population incidence of anxiety is 10.8%.(2)The analysis resultsof behavioralresearch:The anxiety group is more likely to make risk decisions(t=-2.25, p<0.05),but in face of positive and negative feedback, there is no significant differences between the two groups(t=-1.82, p>0.05); (t=-1.78, p>0.05).(3)The analysis resultsofERPresearch:①In the P2components:At the latency of P2,the main effect ofgroup wasnot significant (F=0.113, P=0.398), The main effect of the type of feedback was significant (F=23.775, P<0.001),The main effect of Electrode point was significant (F=4.668, P<0.001); At the amplitude of P2, the main effect ofgroup wasnot significant (F=0.001, P=0.978), The main effect of the type of feedback was not significant (F=2.835, P=0.098), The main effect of Electrode point was significant (F=20.116, P<0.001)②In the FRN components:At the latency of FRN, the main effect ofgroup wasnot significant (F=3.940, P=0.052), The main effect of the type of feedback was significant (F=52.566, P<0.001), The main effect of Electrode point was significant (F=3.572, P<0.05); At the amplitude of FRN, the main effect of group wasnot significant (F=0.147, P=0.703), The main effect of the type of feedback was not significant (F=0.0001, P=0.996), The main effect of Electrode point was significant (F=4.494, P<0.005)Conclusion:(1) In the behavioralresearch, the findings and conclusions consistent with previous studies that anxiety affect decision-making, more performance for the risk averse.(2) In the event related potential research,Negative feedback occupy more cognitive resources than positive feedback was confirmed in this experiment. But anxiety group and the control group in the decision-making process have no significant difference between groups, This mayprove that anxiety was not always harmful, Instead, it can make us away from danger, and even help us to better complete the task. In addition, since the objective conditions of the subject, there is a relatively small number of subjects in this experiment,Contact details and differences between anxiety and normal people to make decisionsneed us for further excavation.
