In today’s rapid development of the information era knowledge is key to promote rapid economic development and is the core power of knowledge. Knowledge mainly attached to the talent competition in the final analysis, enterprise-- is the competition of talents. Through my research and investigation, the discovery after many Mongolian developing companies face the everyday challenges of ore production but also enjoy many opportunities. At present, the competition between enterprises has the mining industry has reached a white hot stage, to talent showing itself in many of the companies of the same industry and achieve sustainable development, we must attach great importance to human resources management to enhance the adjustment of staff training methods and training management work. Mongolia is still in the stage of innovation therefore training of employees in the best way, is one of the key factors to decide the enterprise’s sustainable development.As the industry pattern change and need of human resources continues to expand in the market, the human resource management of Mongolia domestic mineral company is facing the dual pressure from both internal and external. In order to obtain the advantage of the industry, keeping a high team competitiveness in human resources development is key to transfer the concern of many enterprises, establishing sustainable development of an enterprise is modern training system is currently the major mining companies a pressing matter of the moment.Although, the staff training needs to spend a lot of manpower and financial resources, but with the progress of the work, employees can expand the occupation view, get a broader space for development. In addition, a large fortune spent on these trained staff is enterprise’s door; a well trained staff can magnify the value of the investment cost far beyond the original investment cost. Staff quality will improve the ability of enterprises to achieve economic growth and also to ensure the rapid development of the company. Staff training for the employee and the enterprise, has a very big significance.In this paper, through the analysis of Mongolia’s mining enterprises existing staff training situation, summarizing the problems and shortcomings, improved and optimized countermeasures are proposed from three aspects of training strategy, training system and enterprise culture. At present, the mining enterprises are facing industry change and technological innovation, under the human resources long-term norms, high-end talent demand cannot be met by pressure, human resource management and training and development is particularly critical. Enterprises need to carry out systematic, continuous training, and constantly improve the comprehensive strength for the enterprise team, reserve and attract more high-quality personnel. First of all, enterprises need to know the training work from the strategic height, and constantly increase input for training; secondly, need to establish and perfect the training system, the analysis of demand, control plan, implementation of training and effects evaluation of a set of links to a reasonable system to ensure the effective development of training work.
