A Study On The Employment Effect And Its Influencing Factors Of Beijing 's Productive Service Industry

Beijing "national economic and social development statistical bulletin" shows,2013 Beijing productive service industry realized the added value of up o 981.18 billion yuan, year-on-year growth of 10.4 percentage points, it occupies 65.5% of Beijing service industry GDP; it also occupies deodorants in GDP, the proportion is as high as 50.3%. Therefore, the producer service industry in Beijing has occupied an important position in the development of national economy. In the production of the service industry driven by the rapid economic development of Beijing city at the same time, the internal structure of the whole, especially what is the impact on the employment structure in Beijing city? In this paper, firstly, by using the statistical data of Beijing productive service industry at the present stage of development and the level of employment, the results show that the leader role to have greater economic development and employment growth in Beijing, but the level of development of various industries is low; and then, using employment elasticity, input-output analysis, structure deviation degree and cost tax rate of productive service industry direct effect on employment, indirect employment effects and employment potential, the results show that with the development of productive service industry which has direct effect on employment is larger, and because of its own as the intermediate demand industry, indirect employment effects have higher, but the characteristics of the high capital, knowledge intensive, low synthesis employment coefficient. With the maturity of the industry, the improvement of the labor productivity, some workers will squeeze, control the population of Beijing to a certain extent, policy is consistent. At the same time, financial, information, business and other high-tech industries, with the larger development space in the future, need high level talented person more the professional aspect. Finally, using multiple linear regression model to explore the impact of the development of producer services in employment, the economic development level, capital output ratio of productive service industry employment has a more significant positive influence, and the labor productivity and exports ratio has negative impact on significant. So, in the face of the upgrading of the industrial structure of Beijing City, to ease population pressure policy, Beijing should vigorously develop the productive service industry, improve the level of development, optimizing the structure of employment.
