Since entering the new era,the process of economic globalization has accelerated and the level of industrialization has rapidly increased. The global industrial structure began to transform and upgrade, and gradually turned to the "service economy." The productive service industry represented by financial services, information technology services and research and development services has developed rapidly and has become increasingly prominent in the economy and has become an important source of economic growth in developed countries.Since the reform and opening,China's economic development has been recognized by the world. At the same time, with its low labor and land cost advantages,China's manufacturing industry has achieved superior results, and its development scale has surpassed that of developed countries such as Europe,America and Japan, ranking first in the world and becoming a veritable name "World Factory".However, with the continuous improvement of the level of global economic development, the continuous advancement of urbanization and industrialization, and the gradual improvement of the global industrial division of labor system,China's original low-cost competitive advantage has gradually subsided.Under the external environment in which the developed countries are rapidly advancing the process of re-industrialization and the world economic situation is turbulent,China's manufacturing industry is facing constraints on resources and the environment.Under the dual pressures at home and abroad,China's manufacturing industry has reached a critical moment of transformation and upgrading. In addition to relying on the innovation and development of the manufacturing industry itself,it can also rely on the power of the productive service industry. The producer service industry not only promotes regional economic development, but also facilitates industrial transformation and spatial reconstruction. While the global industrial structure has undergone profound changes, the economic pattern with the Bay Area as the core has gradually become the mainstream. The economic impact and spillover effects of the Bay Area have played an important role in reshaping the pattern of the world economy.Based on this, this paper analyzes the development status, concentration level, spatial agglomeration pattern and influencing factors of the production service industry in the two major bay areas with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Areaand theThe Great Bay Area of Hangzhou Bay as the research area. The specific research arrangement is as follows.Based on the existing research at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the concept of productive service industry and industrial space structure, and organizes the current spatial agglomeration of production service industry, the choice of location mode and the influencing factors.Research, combined with the actual situation of China's development, defines the connotation of the productive service industry and the sub-sector of the productive service industry.Taking the production service industry of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and The Great Bay Area of Hangzhou Bay as the research object, through the spatial Gini coefficient, spatial autocorrelation and location entropy index, the overall service industry of the two major Bay Areas from 2003 to 2016 The quantitative analysis of the degree of agglomeration and spatial distribution of its sub-sectors,and the comparative analysis of the spatial distribution of the production service industry in the two major Bay Areas, and the establishment of a spatial econometric model, combined with the spatial distribution of the productive service industry in the previous article. The driving mechanism is to analyze the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of the productive service industry. The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)The production service industry in the two major Bay Areas has a low level of agglomeration and a large development potential.(2)The spatial distribution is mostly point-like discrete mode, which is concentrated in the core cities of the Bay Area. The spatial distribution of each sub-sector of the producer service industry is significantly different.(3)Intellectual capital and regional economic level are the main driving forces for the formation of spatial agglomeration of productive services inGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in addition to the promotion of intellectual capital and regional economic development level, government behavior is beneficial to the production of the Great Bay Area of Hangzhou Bay.The positive effects of the service industry are also more significant. Finally, the summary and discussion of the research content, put forward the research shortcomings and possible research directions.
