This paper aims at exploring and analyzing the relationship between the competency of coach and coaches’ effectiveness. After nearly 30 year’s development, the coaching techniques have been widely applied to many well-known enterprises. We can foresee that the coach industry will become a new industry which is popular and potential, and the business coach technology will be in constant development tends to be more perfect and play a more important role in the practice of management. Enterprise coaching was introduced into C hina since 90’s of the last century, and after 20 years of development, although the overall level is far behind Europe, the United States, and other developed countries and regions, but it develops rapidly. At the same time, as the business coaching technology’s rapid development in various countries in the world, the analysis of the relevant theoretical research and mechanism of enterprise coaching has been relatively weak, enterprise coaching process is still in the "black box". For internal corporate coach technology, many questions have not been tackled, such as which factors may contribute to the good practice effect, business coaches competency commonness and heterogeneous aspects of the pros and cons of quality, business coaching techniques’ role effect mechanism and so on. Therefore this research based on this angle and perspective to interpretation and analysis such above problems.The main conclusions are as below: firstly, the content structure of the coach competency includes five dimensions: professional skill, professional knowledge, occupation literacy, personality and management ability, occupation literacy and professional knowledge is great importance; second, the content structure of the coaching behavior’ s effectiveness includes two dimensions: plan and follow up and provide coaching support; third, business coaches competency empirical validity quality coaching behavior results show that corporate coach competency in coach management ability, professional and coach personality dimensions for the formulation and follow-up dimension has significant positive effects in the effectiveness of coaching behavior plan, and business coach competency in professional knowledge and professional skills, coach personality dimensions on the effectiveness of coaching behavior provide the coach support dimensions exist significant promoting effect.
