The Paper first starts with the basic theory of coach-way management, acquaint with the coach management concepts and related theory, and probes into the important role of the coach-way management for modern enterprise(including private enterprises); Then analyzed the traditional management mode represented by LT company, analyzed the characteristics of private enterprise operation and management, and put forward the enterprise internal management requirements, analysis of the current problems of small and medium-sized private enterprises internal management. We think that these problems are mainly included: Incentives are limited to the economic aspects; Talent development strategy and enterprise development strategy does not match; the training channel of human sourced development are sole; only pay attention to results and ignore the coaching relationship and so on. Finally based on the theory of coach type management, combined with the problems existing in the internal management of LT Company, coach-way management in small and medium-sized enterprises in the application are presented, improved the enterprises application ability for the development of human resources. For this purpose, this paper put forward the optimization of the guiding principle and management ideal of coach-way management application adopted by small and medium-sized enterprise managers. The principles and ideas included the coach’s psychological basis principle, coaching roles and tasks, coach leadership, etc. and then put forward the specific measures of the development of private enterprises management and coach-way leadership, These measures include: reasonable considering enterprise development strategy, changing the concept of human source management, develop leaders with the enterprise environment, pay attention to the cultivation of coach-way leadership etc.This thesis mainly consists of the following chapters:The first chapter: The introduction, Mainly introduces the writing background and practical significance of this article, the research method and train of thought as well as the studies both at home and abroad; Chapter two: The relevant theories of leadership development, mainly introduces the theory of coach leadership development; Chapter three: Analysis to LT company’s present situation, the facing challenges and employee’s demand and development direction; chapter four: In the example is given to illustrate how we help LT company develop coach-way management, what are the methods be adopted, what need to do to become a coach-way leader, what need to be do to build an excellent senior management team; Chapter Five: The difficulties and deficiencies encountered in the implementation of coach-way leadership development in the LT company and the possible innovation in future.
