Since 2003, ten rounds of Employee Medical Mutual Aid Activities have been launched successfully in Yunnan and relevant questionnaire survey has been carried out among the people on the participation installments, hospitalizations, satisfaction with the existing subsidies and the adjustments in the future. Randomized sampling method and site recovery mechanisms were used to ensure the truth and effectiveness of it. Based on this survey, our article carried out a systematical study on the situation of workers of Yunnan employee medical mutual aid activities, combined with qualitative and quantitative methods.In the research methodology, this paper used some simple statistical description methods to analysis the basic information of the main respondents to learn the constitution of the questionnaire respondents at first. Then, it analyzed the correlations among the respondents’ hospitalizations, the number of periods they participated in the activities, the respondents’ gender, age and other basic information by the correlation analysis contingency table. We did a k-means cluster analysis with internal reliability about the satisfaction of the staff, which ensures the reliability of satisfaction. On the side of mutual fund payment up-regulation, we established mutual binary logistic regression analysis on staff about how they will pay when changing into the two-year period. Finally, we analyzed the psychology situation of the participants of the employee medical mutual aid activities.The survey shows that: the employee medical mutual aid activities developed rapidly and had reached a certain degree of coverage, in which only 0.1% of respondents hadn’t participated before, while 65.9% workers of Yunnan unions had done for ten times. Meanswhile, the people’s awareness of the activity department and understanding information are respectively independent of gender and age, among which there is no correlation. The result of the analysis on people’s satisfaction is ideal. The third category which means the people with no dissatisfaction after the cluster accounts for 77.17 %, and the dissatisfaction situation mainly concentrated on the Mutual Funds appropriation and approval of the work. Through model analysis on whether people agree to improve the mutual fund, it discovered these two factors: the employees’ occupational status and the situation of whether the property had mutual subsidy payments matter. The research found that the majority of people participated in the mind of devoting love and helping others. Through the analysis, we can develop the employee medical mutual interaction in more effectively way and be helped to strengthen publicity, adjust payment, increase subsidies, improve the management and establish a more favorable market environment.
