Research On The International Development Policy Of Strategic Emerging Industries In China

The equilibrium state of the global economy was gradually broken, due to the outbreak of the global financial crisis in2008. At the same time, the international division of labor has to be adjusted again. Some countries relying on the virtual economy put forward a strategic transition of economy to cope with the negative impact of the financial crisis, and believe that strategic emerging industries will be the commanding heights of the economic development in the future. In terms of the current situation of Chinese economy, the economic transformation may accelerate China’s economic development, so we should focus on the development of strategic emerging industry at present. Therefore, enacting the policy of strategic emerging industries internationalization has become imperative.This paper systematically studies the internationalization about strategic emerging industry in China. Firstly, this paper elaborates the significance and background of the research, literature review, structure, method, and some new ideas and deficiency. Secondly, this paper describes the status quo and developing trend of Chinese strategic emerging industries, analyzing the policy of internationalization about strategic emerging industry in China, pointing out its inadequacies. Then, by comparing with the strategic emerging industry development in United States, Japan and the European Union, this paper summarizes their excellent experience. This paper also analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Chinese strategic emerging industry international development policy by the SWOT Model and provides a strong foundation for the construction of China’s strategic emerging industries of international development policy. Finally, based on the previews summary, this paper put forward policy suggestion about foreign trade and investment, Go Out policy, scientific technology collaboration, international human resource policy, financial policy and fiscal policy.This paper analyzes the status quo of the development of strategic emerging industries, and studies the deficiency of strategic emerging industries of our country. By learning foreign successful development strategic emerging industries and the experience of effective policies, this paper put forward some suggestion about internationalization of strategic emerging industry development policy in China.
