Research On Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicle Company Business Process Reengineering And IFS System Implementation

The thesis is on the basis of process management research combining with the growing course of Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicle Co., Ltd. from forming to present, and it has done sufficient analysis on running administration under three stages of administration patterns. If IFS system is apply to the research of management process, and give prominence to the job suggestion of perfecting from the angle of practice. And finally present the project about perfecting the system pattern.The thesis is mainly divided into three parts as follows:Part I is emphasizing the circumstances of competition and the analyses of core competitive advantage in metro manufacture, which shows the strategic consciousness and the thought of optimization process that the company wants to give prominence to on running administration. Due to the product is of high technological content, but the market price competition has made a shield effect to this advantage. Therefore among the craft brother, especially the exclusive metro joint-stock company in China, we should build up the element of core competitive advantage over again, strengthen position in market competition from the strategic point of view. On basic administration, the company's process optimization embodies much more necessary.Part II is emphasizing the manufacturing process of the company's product; the characteristic and contrast of the company's running process of two stages; The process of the two stages has had the substantial difference, so the SMB manufacturing management process has further improved each function realization in flat organization structure, take manufacturing is for customer as the centre, administration chain is clear, information transfer is definite, the relation between customer and supplier gathering the entire manufacturing system together. The second stage of the three in the project is a stage that take the manufacturing management as the core, design, technical service, planning, logistics, procurement and manufacturing all using their definite document to guide the work outside the system. So,recording information of the system is provided with qualification basically. Therefore, the pattern optimization of the metro manufacturing management process has the key effect on running of company. It is based upon post duty and information matching.Part III is making comprehensive arranging and analysis with regard to the evolvement of three stages of IFS application, the systematic application is also being bumpy in progress of company's development. As a result of without mature experience, we can't use the SAP system which is similar to head office (because we have no such big scale), the company chose the IFS system which adapt to itself. The joint-stock company has taken the working procedure on company running and ERP system application as follows: firstly carry out ERP, put the DOP administration pattern of IFS into the manufacturing management, when there appear problem, the company will rebuild the process which is the establishment of SMB system, then running up to the present by the PMRP pattern.The usage of IFS/DOP is the dynamic order disposal. The dynamic order disposal implies that the customer order is changeable, this change is reflected on that the product structure and technic are changeable when establishing an order; the quantity and delivery date of order are changeable on the planning stage. The practice has proved exactly that the flexibility of DOP caused the data chaos of demand and inventory among the order, and directly leads to the increasing of project surplus inventory, and the cost waste.On improving stage of SMB process, the IFS running pattern has also been adjusted, which has transferred into the PMRP operational pattern. On basis of a data storehouse, since having used project administration mechanism, the manufacturing system process has improved, system adopts the management of self-designing EBOM to technical process Routing to MBOM to material demand to system order, formed a company's paralleling matching of BPR from improvement of SMB working process and system information process.The PMRP administration effect has embodies preciseness and norm of data, this pattern is called project material requirements plan (PMRP), it has realized what to produce, what to purchase, and when to produce or purchase, the concrete quantity of producing and purchasing on the function. This pattern formed a dynamic closed cycle system that reflects what to produce, when to produce and how many to produce through the main producing plan, workshop operation administration, the plan of ability requirement and inventory control in time. Its functional realization is also accord with the requirement of SMB process mutually.Finally, the manufacturing system of our company's administrative system has got optimization, and has applied the SMB administration technological process system; however, the problem is being revealed outstandingly under the PMRP system pattern of IFS. In the last part of this thesis, it has made elaborate analysis on application, and the author thinks that the prominent is the consistency of learning curvilinear planning required time of nonlinearity. Therefore, a planning requirement of inaccurate time will be dependent on manual adjustment. Moreover, compare the adaptability of multi-edition with purchases demand, we can find that it is unable to ensure the accuracy of material demand on implementation of modification. These two defects also have brought along the chaos of material requirement, storehouse material accuracy and planning order.In order to have some achievement on further perfect the IFS system, the author has emphasized the significance of the deliberation and system testing in the project. The company has already had maturity experience, therefore it can be come true completely by the team's effort.
