This paper studies the influence factors that affect the Chinese tourists’ hotel selections in Phuket, Thailand, though the collection of documents combined with questionnaire.The survey has a total sample size of300people, respectively from the research object based on gender, age, income, the descriptive analysis of the Chinese tourists. The results show that143women takes in account47.7%of the total and157men, accounting for52.3%of the total number. The tourists with a college degree or above accounted for75.3%survey. The number of visitors is greater among the group that is ranged from age20to31, and from age31to40years.this two phases take in account for63%. The tourist mostly has the income of3000-6000yuan and RMB6000-9000RMB; the two phases are combined into53.7%of the total sample. Through questionnaire it has been observed that most Chinese tourists visit Phuket for relaxation during their holidays. The81.67%of the total sample, or245people out of300people who took the survey, reveals that most Chinese tourists visit Phuket for relaxation during their holidays, The other9.67%of the tourists claimed they visit Phuket for small businesses.34%of the total surveyors establishes that one of the major influences that affects the Chinese tourists’ decisions upon their stays is their travel agencies.74%of the total surveyors mainly choose RMB150-200and200-500yuan price for two stages of hotel rooms,74%of the total number of samples. In addition,96.7%of the Chinese tourists who took the survey prioritize hanging out with their friends as their number one priority. Most Chinese surveyors who take in account86.7%of the total survey claimed to complete their hotel booking via via the travel agencies and the Internet; it has been observed that65.7%of these Chinese tourists chose the hotel near the beach. Chooses to research upon the factors that influence the tourists’ choices of the hotel preference in order to help Phuket, a beautiful island in Thailand. Also for Chinese tourists, the paper puts forward the hotel industry provides7ps service marketing strategy recommendations.(1) In order to meet the demand of Chinese tourists in the choice of The Phuket island hotel, room facilities, the hotel facilities and software services have certain requirements. Depending on the hotel location, make specific adjustment, provide the detail service.(2)Most Chinese tourists accept the room price as it is as an average of200-500yuan/night, therefore, the hotel can refer to the price to make corresponding adjustment.(3) Use Chinese tourists favored travel routes and popular tourist destination as the breakthrough point, to strengthen channel development and distribution network construction and management. Develop network marketing channels, in order to make the Chinese tourists can be more easily book hotel in choosing a travel.(4) During the off-season, Thailand tourism departments can strengthen cooperation with other countries’ airlines department, and provide more preferential tickets for attracting tourists to travel to Thailand.(5) Phuket hotel can employ Chinese personnel or find staff who can speak Chinese to participate in hotel management and service. It will strengthen the understanding of Chinese tourists.(6) Phuket hotel can visit to China to learn Chinese hotel service, including providing Chinese channel, increase the chess program, set up a smoking area and so on.(7) Phuket hotel industry can reduce the degree of cumbersome procedures, reduce the service personnel, introduced in recent years in China’s aviation site and widely used in public places, such as a train station intelligent services, allowing Chinese tourists to the operation, reduce procedure steps. In addition, Chinese tourists generally more attention to the hotel security, therefore, the hotel should strengthen the security services, including personal and property security to ensure that tourists.
