Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, China has been very concerned aboutthe "three rural issues", Heilongjiang reclamation area as the largest commodity grain base,primary Agricultural commodities distribution is particularly important, the efficiency ofdistribution also affect the sustainable development of modern agriculture of reclamation area.Although primary agricultural commodities sales process have formed variety of channels atHeilongjiang reclamation area, the channel has a lot of problems. There are a lot of phenomenonabout regional over supply or structural supply shortage have been happened, those phenomenaseriously exposure the main problem about inefficient in the distribution channel at Heilongjiangreclamation area, It is important to prove the efficiency of distribution channels in Heilongjiangprovince.This paper selected the primary agricultural commodities distribution channels inHeilongjiang reclamation area as the research object, according to heilongjiang yearbook andHeilongjiang agriculture commission material and field visit as data sources, based on definedthe concept of primary agricultural commodities and its characteristics, the agricultural productdistribution channel and the efficient about primary agricultural commodities in the distributionchannel,through primary agricultural commodity production and sales situation ofheilongjiang-depth investigation and research, concluded the existing distribution channels andseveral models in Heilongjiang province. Constructing the evaluation index system aboutdistribution channel efficiency of primary agricultural products in Heilongjiang reclamation areaand evaluated its based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP). There are four problems existing indistribution channel, and then put forward the perfecting suggestions of the distribution channelsof agricultural commodities in Heilongjiang reclamation area. Suggestions: reduce thecirculation of primary agricultural commodities in order to improve the efficiency of distributionchannels; expand the primary agricultural commodities distribution radius in order to increasemarket coverage; to strengthen the construction of infrastructure ensure the efficiency in thedistribution channel; pay attention to the reclamation area producers learning development ability,enhance market competitiveness. provide guidance for the improvement of agriculturalcommodities in Heilongjiang reclamation area distribution channel, solve the problem aboutfarmers sell grain difficult and increase the income of farmers, and provide scientific the reference value to further solve the "three rural issues"...
