In the process of organic fresh agricultural products sales, distribution channel plays a vital role. Organic fresh agricultural product distribution channel mode in henan province, there are more problems, the serious influence of organic fresh agricultural products sales. This article through studies the status quo of organic fresh agricultural product distribution channel mode in henan province, summed up the main hindering the development of the henan province organic fresh agricultural products distribution channels, organic fresh agricultural products in henan province for the future development of distribution channels scientific and feasible Suggestions are put forward. This optimization of organic fresh agricultural products distribution channels of henan province, reasonable choice of the mode of distribution channels, realize the organic fresh agricultural products industry rapid development, increase farmers’ income, has the vital significance.Based on organic fresh agricultural products distribution channels of henan province as the research object, through literature research, comparative analysis method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, through the theoretical and field investigation, analysis of the influencing factors of organic fresh agricultural products sales in henan province, put forward different organic agricultural products distribution model, on this basis to explore the pros and cons of different points and sales channels, aims to explore the most suitable for organic fresh agricultural products in henan province distribution channel mode, so as to promote henan organic optimization of fresh agricultural products distribution channels and further development.
