The Optimization Of Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry’s Center Farm Operation Mode

Animal husbandry has been one of the basic industries of agriculture in China. It is an important industry to support the development of China’s national economyn and plays an important role in the development of China’s national economy healthy. With the rapid development of China’s cattle industry, the key point of China’s cattle industry’s market competitiveness turns to modernization and large-scale farming in resent years. Animal husbandry belongs to relatively labor-intensive industries, which creates many employment and entrepreneurship in Xinjiang province, and has a very important significance. At present, China ’s dairy farming’s modernization and large-scale development exist many problems,which associate with technical application, technology management and management problems, and more concentrate reflection on low raising management level and milk yield level, difficulty of cow disease prevention and control, technology promotion, supervision and management. These factors will not only affect the quality of raw milk but also affect the safety of China’s fresh milk and dairy products. At present, according to China’s agricultural development strategy which aims to adjust agricultural structure, strict implementation of the central regulatory requirements, supervision will influence dairy farming production process. Through China’s dairy industry chain management get overall upgrade, which ensure quality and safety of fresh milk in China and enhance the Xinjiang province dairy industry competitiveness. And it will significant increasing the scale of market of dairy industry and promote the level of modernization of dairy industry. Based on the above background, this paper analyze the problems which existing in Xinjiang province animal husbandry center farm business model, combine with relevant theory and experience from milk cow industry success examples, to strengthen and improve the optimization measures of China’s Xinjiang dairy industry. First of all, this paper defines the core concept of dairy industry development, and introduces the relevant theories of dairy cattle industry.
