In recent years, the steel industry losses, falling profits. So, in the process of iron and steelindustry in the pursuit of profit, whether to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers, cantake on the most basic social responsibility became the hot topic of much attention. Iron and steelindustry in the performance of social responsibilities affect enterprise value creation in theprocess, how to find a balance between the two methods, is an urgent need to solve problems. Inthis article, therefore, the steel line Industry listed companies as the research object, this paperdiscusses the steel industry in our country social responsibility fulfillment situation the impact onthe enterprise value creation, sustained and healthy development to promote the iron and steelindustry in our country has a certain reference value.This paper selects29iron and steel industry listing Corporation in2013as research sample.From the view of stakeholders through factor analysis for the7class of stakeholders based onprincipal component extraction, and then using multiple regression analysis, the ability to createan empirical test of the enterprise related to various stakeholders to fulfill their socialresponsibility value. The research results show that, the iron and steel enterprises to fulfill theeconomic responsibility and moral responsibility and the enterprise value was positively relatedto the ability to create,but the enterprise to fulfill the legal responsibility and the enterprise valueis negatively related to the ability to create. Iron and steel enterprises should be in compliancewith laws and regulations and the basic premise of the Protect environment, pay more attentionto stakeholders to create economic benefits to the enterprise and the disadvantaged groups andpublic.
