Research On The Development Policy Of China 's New Energy Vehicle Industry

After the fast development of about30years, auto industry has become the pillar industry of economy in our country. It plays an extremely important role in the national economy. Especially in recent years,the cars’production and sales volume in our country have become the first all over the world. However, with the car ownerships soaring in our country, more and more oil has to be imported, thus the energy structure is not reasonable, which leads to an increasing threat to the environment. According to research and analysis, the automobile exhaust has contributed more than22%to the PM2.5. In this multi-instance, the development and use of conventional cars have violated the strategic aim of sustainable development, and it is imperative to promote new energy vehicles. At present, China has listed new energy vehicles into the key support industries in "Made in China2025", and the new energy vehicles industry has been included in one of the ten key development areas. The development of new energy automobile industry, is not only to upgrade the automobile industry, but also to settle the thorny issues of oil shortage and environmental pollution to some extent, which is an important measure to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.This paper focuses on the development policy of new energy automobile industry Firstly, it uses the industry development policy theory as the theoretical basis, and briefly introduces the definition and the characteristics of new energy vehicles industry. Secondly, it analyzes the current development situation of new energy industry. Thirdly, with an overview on the existing policy of new energy automobile industry development, this paper analyzes the policy’s defects and disadvantages. Then, after analyzing the condition of foreign countries’new energy automobile industry development policies, it sumes up their experience which can make a contribution to the development of our country. At last, this paper designs some policies for new energy automobile industry development in China.
