However, due to the development of enterprise in thehigh-tech zone has a strong dependence on knowledge, technology, the intellectualresources of the university, scientific research institution are helpful for enterprises toimplement technological innovation activities, therefore the enterprise in the high-techzone could cooperate with university, scientific research institutions to make up forthe lack of innovation capability, enhance regional innovation capability.Daqing high-tech zone was constructed in1992, and it was approved by the StateCouncil as a national high-tech zone at the end of this year, it is one of the secondbatch of National High-tech Industrial Development Zone of our country, it has madegreat contribution to China’s industrial development and hance the competition abilityof Daqing city.At the same time, Daqing city also pays great attention to thedevelopment of higher education, it has introduced the university in2002, there arefive universities now, it is so-called college town.
