| Since the establishment in1951the world’s first high-tech Industrial Development Zone--the United States Stanford University Science and Technology Park, hi-tech industry has become the representative of the world cutting-edge technology, especially because of the impact from the third industrial revolution and knowledge economy, the high-tech in the political, economic, military and other fields of social life is widely used. At the same time, it has changed the development pattern of the world. For this,the high-tech industry has drawn the world’s attention, and high-tech industrial development zones have been set up in some developed areas of world earlier. Since the high and New Technology Industrial Development Zone of our country was established for the first time in the1986Zhongguanchun in Peking,high-tech zones have become an important base of innovation, transformation of achievements of science and technology in China, an important driving force of economic growth; at the same time also contributed to China’s economic restructuring and industrial optimization.Firstly, the article defines the high-tech zone relative concept, rearranges the development history and related theories of domestic and foreign high-tech zone, finding that the development dynamic mechanism of high-tech zone is a complicated system engineering, which is not determined by single factor. Based on the previous research done in theory, think that the development of high-tech zone is mainly determined by the "six elements of the market, enterprise, risk investment, incubator, government, university scientific research institutions ". Based on the theory reasoning,structural equation is constructed in this paper. The theory of empirical is proved by AMOS7.0software. The higher relationship between the development of six elements and High-tech Zone has been found. Structural equation to fit for, validity and reliability are all combined perfectly, which validates the theoretical guiding significance.With the development of high-tech zone based on the analysis of the dynamic mechanism, the location factors of high-tech zones, evaluation index system, and evaluation methods have been researched and explained in detail. At the same time, the evaluation index system of high-tech zone has been established. Evaluation of High-tech Zone is divided into three levels, which does a comprehensive evaluation of the national56High-tech Zone, discusses the ranking seat of Shanghai High-tech Zone Zhang Jiang in the National High-tech Zones, and the distribution of the national high-tech zones; To the medium level, taking Zhang Jiang in Shanghai Zhang Jiang High-tech Zone Six Parks for an example, discuss the factors of high-tech zone overall level and influence; at the micro level, explore the development level of High-tech Zone Environmental Zhang Jiang nearly5years and the effect on the case of high-tech zone. In the evaluation of High-tech Zone, using a variety of methods (such as the spatial distribution of ArcGis10.0, cluster analysis, principal component analysis), combined with the six element theory, analyze the existing problems of Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-tech Zone, and the corresponding countermeasures.The full text is divided into seven chapters, including two parts:theoretical and empirical. The first four chapters belong to the theory; the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter are empirical and countermeasure part; the last chapter, that is to say, the conclusions of this paper is the summary of the whole passage, pointing out the prospect of their study and research. The details are as follows:In the first chapter, I mainly do the account of the background, research purpose, research significance, research methods and innovation, making the study more clear.The second chapter, mainly involves the definition of related concepts. High-tech development zone is a literature review and theoretical research. Definition includes " high technology, new technology, high-tech, high-tech industry and high-tech industry development zone " and some basic concepts related, the connotation of the research. In the literature review, I review the domestic and international development of high-tech zones of some relevant researches. I think this paper lays the foundation for further study. In the related theoretical researches, this paper rearranges the theory of high-tech industries, the perspective of geography, from the perspective of industrial economics, innovation theory and new institutional economics perspective on the related to the high-tech zone development theory in order, which laid the theoretical foundation for this study.The third chapter, the main research history of high-tech zones at home and abroad, discusses the high-tech Development Zone spatial layout, as well as the domestic and foreign high-tech zones and high-tech zone evaluation mechanism, evaluation methods of this paper relates to do a more detailed introduction.The fourth chapter, on the research review and theoretical basis, put forward "the six elements " to promote the fundamental for the development of high-tech zone; in the construction process of six elements, make clear the importance of market factors, and the relationship between the six elements; the core of this chapter is the six elements of dynamic inference on the development of High-tech Zone, through the concrete analysis of every factor. The six elements of high-tech zone is the main source of the motive force of the development of market, enterprise, risk investment, incubator, government, university scientific research institutions to reflect.The fifth chapter, this chapter mainly by constructing a structural equation, tests six factors for the development of Zhang Jiang high-tech push, the empirical results show the development of six elements of Zhang Jiang hi-tech zone is indeed played an important role, and the related data through the fit index, reliability, validity testing.The sixth chapter, taking this chapter in Zhang Jiang New District as an example, at the macro level, analysis of the current national high-tech zones of our country development; in the middle, and discuss the development situation of Zhang Jiang high-tech park inside six; at the micro level, effects of environmental factors on the development situation of Zhang Jiang high-tech zone. Finally, combined with the six element theory explores the existence of Zhang Jiang high-tech development problems, and gives countermeasures and suggestions.The seventh chapter, summarizes the paper and related conclusions, prospects the future direction of the field of research. |
