| Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport is one of the importantcomprehensive aviation hub in southwest China, as the fourth largest internationalairport in southwest China, it is not only shouldering the important responsibility forpassengers and freight transportation services, but also affects the entire southwestairlines network. The rising passenger capacity and the continuous improvement ofthe traffic network, makes the pressure of many comprehensive hub of aircraft serviceincreasing. On one hand, different travel purpose, age, gender, and the requirements ofpassengers on travel comfort vary widely; Passengers, on the other hand, by theinfluence of different factors such as culture, geography, psychology, also havedifferent demands for services. But our country in view of the related research ofaviation hub comfort is less, and there is no comfort analysis for GuiyangLongdongbao International Airport temporarily. Therefore, in this paper, on the basisof existing research results, combined with the characteristics of GuiyangLongdongbao International Airport, I put forward a complete set of evaluating indexsystem and an evaluation model, so as to provide the scientific basis for the comfortoptimization of Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, as well as improve itsoperating services.First of all, the thesis elaborates the background of the subject and researchsignificance, it also introduces the related concepts of comprehensive transport hub,and describes the specific situation of the Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport.Finally, it makes an account of the basic principles in this paper.Secondly, according to Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport clearanceprocess and in combination with the process and the related concepts of comfort, thepaper designs a questionnaire, considering the factors such as safety, infrastructure,personnel services, transfer, which is accord with the passenger comfort. In the end, Imake a preliminary analysis according to the specific data.Thirdly, according to the principles of establishing index system and the factorsaffecting the comfort of Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, the paperselects a concrete method to set up the index system. The constructed index systemcontains26indicators including four aspects. It makes the index system morescientific through the consistency test from SPSS software.Finally, based on the relative theory of modern comprehensive evaluationmethod and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, the paper describes the data first to have a preliminary understanding and makes the foundation ofcomprehensive evaluation. It also uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp), index evaluation method combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod of comprehensive evaluation on the comfort Guiyang LongdongbaoInternational Airport to carry on the comprehensive evaluation, evaluation indexweight by calculation, single factor analysis, and draw the conclusion aftercomprehensive analysis. The research shows the first two satisfactions from thepassengers at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport are facilities constructionand personnel service in respectively. The safety of passengers’ satisfaction ranks thethird place, which means that the airport passengers perceive work can be furtherimproved. Passengers feel worst on the ways of transfer, which presents that transfermode, transfer guide, and changes to the delivery need to be improved. According tothe analysis conclusion, the paper puts forward some proposals to further improve thepassengers’ satisfactions. |
