| With the rapid development of aviation,airport hub features and agglomeration effect are more and more obvious,airport develops continuously toward the direction of airport-the air-transportation related economic zone-aviation city-aviation metropolis,the airport area urbanization has become an inevitable trend,studying the airport area land integrated development mode with the land development and utilization as the breakthrough point,realizing the integrated development of "airport,airport industry,aviation city" has a certain practical guiding significance for aviation city metropolis.Based on the detailed analysis on the actual land development,summarized the domestic and foreign airports area land development mode,the airport area land development present situation,the land development stage division,development characteristics and dynamic mechanism in our country were analyzed and summarized from the perspective of qualitative,regarding these as guidelines,the airport area land development evaluation system and evaluation index system were established.Analyze the development methods of land comprehensive development mode in airport area,including planning system,management system,development policy and so on,using the Gray comprehensive relation method,analyzed the correlation between traffic,industry,urban functions,investment,financing and airports area land development quantitatively by GTMS software.The airport area land development benefit is evaluated by using DEA-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,MATLAB and INM software with the benefits evaluation of capital airport area land development and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol area land development as an example,the rationality of the evaluation results also indicates that the index system and evaluation method are scientific.Through the research in this paper,it will provide practical guidance for land development in the airport area in the future,improve the level of land urbanization and accelerate the urbanization process. |
