Study On The Development Model And Countermeasure Of Circular Economy In Yunnan Tobacco Industry

As one of the leading industries in Yunnan province, tobacco industry is in a decisive position of National Economy of Yunnan. The planting area of tobacco in Yunnan is the largest in the whole country, and the planting of this kind of product is not only an important part but also becoming one of the important commercial crops of Yunnan agriculture, playing a significant role in supporting the income of both Yunnan agriculture and tobacco fanners.Besides, due to its high industrialization, advanced technology and high industrial subdivision, tobacco in Yunnan has been forming an industry chain with local features, functioning in pushing economy, related industries, development of technology and social stabilization of Yunnan province. However, it’s now facing difficult environment and constraint of resources during the process of growing There is a large quantity of tobacco waste when planting and producing this crop in China every year.The comprehensive utilization recycling system of tobacco waste resources enables the comprehensive utilization of the whole tobacco waste forming a closed and recycling, sustainable and circular pattern of economy development. Meanwhile, it also solves the three-agriculture problem, gets natural material of green hygienic standard, alleviates the environmental pollution from tobacco waste and reduces the harmness of cigarette to human bodies.R Group is the leading enterprise of tobacco mating industry, and as an enterprise with high and new technology major in platform-building of tobacco recycle economy, its product aiming at comprehensive usage of tobacco waste is warmly welcomed. Based on the growing need of the development of tobacco industry in Yunnan, in order to better solve the daily-growingproblem of re-use of tobacco waste accompanied with the development of high-speed increasing of this industry, R Group constructed a mode of development of tobacco recycle economy platform. This article proposes the strategies of recycle economy of tobacco industry by researching and discussing on the mode of R Group.
