With the further opening of market and reforming in economic system, Chinese tobacco enterprises will face inevitable challenges from the international tobacco giants. They thus can not still rely on the long-established monopolization, but should change their old marketing concept into the market-related and custom-centralized one, and manage to win the competition and ensure the sustainable development through consolidating distribution system and improving customer satisfaction.In this article, based on summarizing and modification of related theory, we study the interdependence between customer relationship management and marketing management in tobacco enterprises and raise the significance of implementation of customer relationship management. Upon the investigation of the customer satisfaction evaluation program in Tianjin tobacco company, we propose some marketing management strategies for this company to improve the customer satisfaction and then discuss the development of modernized tobacco marketing management system. It is believed that these efforts may be helpful for Tianjin tobacco compay to improve resourceing and develop solid customer relationship.The innovative points lie in:1. Based on the theory of customer relationship management, the significance of customer satisfaction for the tobacco enterprises is demonstrated.2. Theoretical study of customer relationship management and investigation of marketing management in a typical enterprise are related, which is demonstrating the integration of theory and practice thus make the theory serve practice better.3. In the study of development of modernized marketing system in Tianjin, we present these strategies on marketing cooperated with administration of industry and commerce, making deal based on the requirement of customers and developing of a modernized logistic system etc..
