Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Comprehensive Utilization Of Tobacco Nursery Workshops In Baise,Guangxi

Tobacco nursery time is about 3 months in Baise City Tobacco Seedling Plant each year,and the remaining 9 months is idle,In order to explore the comprehensive utilization rates of nursery workshops in Baise,we use many methods:the field investigation,literature analysis,comparative analysis and interview.We analyze the utilization rates of nursery workshops in De Bao,Jingxi,Lingyun and Longlin.We explore the comprehensive utilization of vegetables,fruits and other crops when nursery workshops are not for planting tobacco.1.Through the analysis of researches and datas,there are 10 nursery workshops in Baisc.The utilization rates are 36.08%.There are also four nursery workshops in Jingxi,The utilization rates are 7.19%.Finally there are two nursery in Longlin and one in Lingyun,but none of them is being used.In general,the comprehensive utilization rates of nursery workshop in Baise are very low.2.We have a comprehensive analysis on the fruit,vegetable and cereal which are planted in the idle nursery workshops.Among the fruit,the cantaloupe has the highest output values,yields and profits.The values of outputs are 38804 yuan/acre.The profits are 3832.5 kg/acre.And the profits are 21948 yuan/acre.Among the vegetable,the okra has the highest output values,yields and profits.The values of outputs are 9600 yuan/acre.The profits are 600 kg/acre.And the profits are 2614 yuan/acre.However,there is no harvest of the cereal for the planting problems.Therefore,the cantaloupe and okra are best suited for planting in the idle nursery workshops.3.There are many planting problems in the nursery workshops:(1)The comprehensive utilization rates of nursery workshops are low.(2)Tobacco farmer cooperatives don't pay attention to non-tobacco industry.And they also lack talented person.(3)Tobacco farmer cooperatives have a lot of contradictions.(4)The supports of government are not enough.(5)The specialization of technician in nursery workshops is not high.(6)Market positioning is not accurate.(7)There are insect pest and diseases when planting in nursery workshops.(8)The facility does not take full advantage in nursery workshops.4.We discuss about how to improve the comprehensive utilization rates of nursery workshops.There are some ways.(1)We can improve the comprehensive utilization rates of nursery workshops.(2)We can improve the management abilities of tobacco farmers.(3)We can improve the enthusiasm of non-tobacco cooperatives.(4)We can improve the supporting facilities.(5)Government strengthens its support.(7)We can attract more talented people to participate in the business.(7)We should find an accurate market positioning.(8)We should try our utmost to prevent crops from insect pest and diseases.(8)We should complete with the facility in nursery workshops to increase revenue.
