Tourism in Thailand have long-term contact and understanding with Chinese tourists, and have beenproviding considerate and comprehensive service for them, Chinese tourists in return contribute Thailand tourism great profits byshopping. However, while traveling in Thailand is getting normal for Chinese tourists, their shopping enthusiasm in Thailand are decreasing; at the same time, other southeast Asian countries begin torise in the Chinese tourism market and these neighboring countriesmay replace Thailand to take Chinese tourists shopping market. All of these new situations will influence the current Thailand tourism shopping.This research title is Chinese tourists shopping behavior in King power (Rangnum Rd.) duty-free, Bangkok, Thailand.The method using in this paper is the random sampling quantitative method with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science Research) to summarize the consequence as the descriptive analysis, percentage frequency analysis and medium analysis. I hope the result of this paper can be useful for the Entrepreneur who deals with the tourist business and everyone. In this paper, we study the shopping behavior of Chinese tourists at Bangkok’s King power (Rangnum Rd.) duty-free, data collection and questionnaire survey of the empirical study shows that the shopping behavior of Chinese tourists at Bangkok’s King power (Rangnum Rd.) duty-free has the characteristics of the following aspects; Gender:As a result of Chinese tourists behavior towards shopping at King Power (Rangnum Rd.) Duty free, We found out that females count more than that of males. Age groups:Chinese tourists were researched in21-30years old. The purpose of shopping:Most of the Chinese tourists in King power (Rangnum Rd.) duty-free shops to buy goods for their own use. Regarding buying:Chinese tourists buy goods first as cosmetics, accounting for30.78%. The second, as the national characteristic products, accounting for14.50%. Spent:As a result of Chinese tourists behavior towards shopping at King Power (Rangnum Rd.) Duty free, We found out that Chinese tourists are that most spent5000baht or more. The deciding factor. Chinese tourists in King power (Rangnum Rd.) Duty free of choose and buy goods is basically rely on his own experience and preferences.Combined with the feature of Chinese tourists’consumption behavior, and Thailand tourism shopping market present situation analysis, thearticle will take the shopping behavior of Chinese tourists in King power (Rangnam Rd.) duty-free Bangkok, Thailand as the aim of analysis and application of marketing theory and methods. Market research approaches are applied to analyze the Chinese tourists in Bangkok downtown duty free shopping behavior. In the end, it putsforward the corresponding improvement measures and Suggestions, hoping that the research of this paper can help Thailand tourism development and meet the needs of Chinese tourists.
