At the same time, through variety of security technologies and measures, we will build a safe and stable platform to provide further support for subsequence operation.Secondly, this paper will research about the business model implementation of tele-diagnosis Company. From analysis of the new model, we can summarize that under the guarantee of mature technology, we are able to maximize the standardization, avoid security and legal problems to achieve the commercial operation. We can organize a network, identify the key resources of tangible and intangible resources, grasp the core competitiveness and place the scares resources properly. Finally establish an effective business process and profit model, and build a favorable competitive threshold.Thirdly, relying on tele-diagnosis platform, this kind of new business model can be extended in more fields such as image tele-consultation, tele-training, health information services, medical appointments and other online and offline business.
