Research On The Docking Scheme Of SAP - ERP And UF NC System Based On Financial Management

Now, the tobacco industry implement tobacco monopoly system and unified management. China National Tobacco Corporation promotes UFIDA-NC Accounting Software and uniform accounting standards in the tobacco industry.As a member of the tobacco industry, China tobacco Y Industrial Co. Ltd. must perform the requirements of higher authorities. But China tobacco Y Industrial Co. Ltd. has been already used SAP-ERP system, it must do the docking between SAP-ERP system and UFIDA-NC software. We need to study a complete accounting information technology solution, which can solve the problems between business needs and industry regulatory requirements.In this paper, we focus on a complete accounting information solution that can solve business needs between regulatory requirements and industry issues. It is based on the unified industry accounting standards and financial accounting software’s requirements. And it compares the difference between the SAP system and the implementation of the NC system. Then we design a docking between SAP-ERP system and UFIDA-NC System. According to the characteristics of SAP-ERP systems and financial software UFIDA-NC and Y Industrial Co. Ltd. own financial management, the solution studied the technical architecture, data standards, basic data processing, accounting documents, special events analysis, design and other aspects. It takes full advantage of the SAP-ERP system’s financial information resources and the open data interface functions of UFIDA-NC. Finally it implements data conversion and applications docking between two entirely different systems. Currently the whole tobacco industry is facing data docking between SAP-ERP system and NC system financial, I hope this article can play a reference role in other companies.
