Research On Evaluation Method Of Pledge Of Trademark Right

With the capital value of intellectual property being cognized by people gradually, the intellectual property pledge financing has entered people’s field of vision. Trademark as an important part of the intellectual property rights is no longer limited to distinguish and propagandize commodities. Like other assets, it can help enterprises to realize financing and value-added.Nowadays, enterprises can pledge the trademark to banks and other financial institutions to get loans. Therefore, mining the financing potential of trademark rights,as a financing tool, it not only can help enterprises pass away the difficult period of capital turnover, but also can promote the development of enterprises. So, in recent years, trademark pledge financing as a new financing way has a fast development,and in the process of its pledge financing, trademark pledge value assessment is particularly important.This article first to elaborate the significance and research status of trademark pledge financing; Second, the trademark pledge evaluation correlation theory, as well as the formation of trademark rights value have been in researched; And then,the application conditions, basic principle and applicability of three basic methods (income method, market method, replacement cost method) have been detailed in this paper; On this basis, leading to pledge coefficient method and improving the original pledge coefficient method, make it more suitable for trademark pledge value assessment: Finally,the above method is applied to real cases.
