Design Of Steel Pipe Logistics Scheme For LNG Pipe Network Construction

It has become Chinese major strategy of economic, social and sustainable development to develop clean energy, optimize energy structure and reduce air pollution. Because of its environmental friendliness, LNG has become important energy varieties of Chinese energy structure optimization. Developing LNG industry should base on infrastructure construction. In the process of LNG pipeline construction, the anti-corrosion pipe as the key material, its logistics project organization and design is not only related to the project construction cost, but also related to the project schedule and quality. Based on the theory of project management, this paper analyses project organization, implementation, quality, time, human resources, project communication and risk control of the project. Comments:Make full use of project management theory and strengthen project control of the organization and key elements of the project could reduce the cost of project construction materials.
