The foreign research on labor cost management has been very mature, but the same research in our country is relatively late, the application is also relatively backward. Labor cost management is an important means for enterprises to enhance core competitiveness and realize connotation development. By labor cost management, both companies can clearly grasp the value of their utilization of human resources, so reasonable arrangements labor costs; also through continuous improvement of the labor costs of input and output, adjust business strategy to better promote the development of enterprises.A company is facing total labor costs increase faster, slower growth in operating profit this group restriction contradictory development of the company, if it cannot be better solution, A company is likely to be eliminated by the market. Therefore, to solve this set of contradictions, to achieve sustainable development and scientific labor cost management, has become the primary problem to the managers of A company.In this paper, through the use of labor cost management theories and methods, by the systematic analysis on the current situation of labor cost management in A company, and combining A company needs to improve the labor cost of inputs and outputs, put forward through the strengthening of the labor cost management as the basis, by control the total employment and wage level, increase gasoline and diesel sales, increase non related control measures of main business income as a control measures, focus on improving the labor cost input and output efficiency, promote the continuous upgrading of the management level, steadily and ultimately achieve the company benefit and sustainable development. The study provides a useful reference for labor cost management in modern enterprises in China, and it has the same significance in some aspects of labor cost management of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.
