With the continuous process of reform and opening up and socialist market economic system to promote the establishment of a sound private enterprises in China gained more and more relaxed environment for development. After three decades of reform and opening up, according to private enterprises operating on commercial principles and market rules has made tremendous development in support of the entire national economy has become an important factor in the rapid development and promote the development of productive forces up a major force.At the same time,China's private enterprises in labor relations has undergone profoud changes in the relationship between labor conflicts and disputes,which will influence the sustained and healthy economic development and social harmony and stability of the most important factor.Therefore,from this point of view of labor relations in private enterprises has been more than a mere academic question,it is related to issues affecting all levels of the social structure of the relationship between stability and social problems.Based on this, this objective knowledge in the primary stage of socialism in China is still in the economic development environment and economic globalization and the huge impact the financial crisis brought us a new situation, the current labor relations in private enterprises for the analysis of object , based on the sociology, both from theory and practice to examine and analyze the relationship between employers and employees of private enterprises.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is writing origin and literature summary. First elaborated the writing origin and the research significance, then introduced the related labor management relation's literature summary, carried on from overseas and the domestic two stratification planes has combed and induces, and unified current has carried on the analysis actually, finally introduced the research mentality and the research technique.The second part has analyzed the current our country private enterprise labor management relation present situation characteristic and the existence question, although points out the current people business labor management relation basically to be as a whole coordinated, but has the problem to be still many moreover many question productions to have the universality, the inevitability.
