Since the reform and opening up,along with social progress and economic development,residents continue to accumulate personal wealth,People's attitude,ideas and approach to personal wealth have taken great changes than that in the past,personal finance is gradually becoming the focus of people's concern.For commercial banks, developing personal financial services not only is the objective requirements of social environment changes and economic restructuring,but also is the inevitable choice for the banks to adapt changes in the financial markets and individual business development trends.Compared with abroad,the personal financial operations of China are still in its initial stage,management level.The focus of the market position is uncertainty.The completeness of the financial products is still room for improving.The importance of the brand is not enough.On this basis,combining with the actual situation of China,this paper has summarized on the issues of personal finance business of China's commercial banks.These issues are mainly reflected in external constraints and their own problems of the Bank.The external constraints are mainly embodied in:the business of the financial system,the interest rate control policy,the imperfect legal system of the financial market and monitoring mechanism.Bank internal issues are mainly embodied in:lack of financial management concepts;lack of product innovation management;the low marketing tools and service level;lack of organization,technology,human resources support;poor risk control.In view of its problems,developing measures of personal financial services of our country are:enhance the concept of financial management and establish the service concept of customer-centric;innovate management mechanism to meet the customer's financial needs;innovate financial products and improve service quality;adjust marketing to establish market-oriented marketing strategy;strengthen the financial management staff training and establish an effective client manager system;increase the technical inputs and improve China's commercial banks technology systems; strengthen risk management systems to prevent excessive concentration of risk.
