The coal industry goes into the "winter" is tangible. According to the BP energy statistics, our country’s coal consumption is a growth of 4% in 2013, but over the past ten years the average wasa growth of 8.3%, a year’s growth is less than half the average of the last ten years, it is rare in the history of China. At the same time, China’s coal production growth slowed to 1.2% in 2013, it’s minimum margin since 2000. The coal industry’s golden time is over, Plus the execution of the low named 《peration and management of coal》 in September First 2014 and coal trade industry is also in very dangerous position. Academia has been committed to the research of enterprise competitive strategy and supply chain management, for the moment, both basic research system and research framework has been relatively mature. This article selects the typical characteristics of coal trading company B, to study and analysis on its supply chain competition strategy choice, both to cater to the coal trade industry first embarrassing reality, but also for coal trade industry and even the entire coal industry to provide the certain reference significance.This research uses the threetheories and two research methods. Three theory refers to this research involves the related strategic management theory, supply chain management related theory and AHP hierarchy theory research method. Two research methods refer to this article through to the relevant experts interview and further understand the status of the B company, by using the SWOT analysis model of a typical company B supply chain strategic analyses, and put forward strategic combination; After using AHP analysis method, then combination data analysis and calculation, the results are consistent with the before. A suitable strategy for B company’s development is proposed.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is introduction, introduces the research background, lthis paper’s research methods and this paper’s innovation and deficiency, etc.; The second chapter is theoretical support and literature review, introduce the strategic management theory and the specific content of AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP); The third chapter is about the detailed introduction of case of coal trading company B, including its business operations, present situation of the supply chain, etc.; The fourth chapter uses the appropriate adjustments of expansion of PEST model and five analysis model for B company to analysis its supply chain generalizes the internal and external environment; The fifth chapter draw the SWOT table of B company supply chain, put forward four strategies, and analyzes the developing strategy that should be adopted, then use AHP model calculation, finally the results support the method above, development strategy should be adopted; The sixth chapter is discussion of the countermeasures against B company supply chain competition strategy implementation.
