Research On Management And Improvement Of Supply Chain Operational Modes In Coal Trade Company A

Under the circumstance of global economic downturn,China's economy also fell,affected by international situations.Since 2015,traditional industries such as heavy industry,the traditional real estate,cement and steel have faced the huge overcapacity problem,and the demand for coal is fell again and again.In fact,the “golden decade” for coal enterprise had already ended,this industry started to enter a" cold winter” in 2012 and reached the “freezing point” in the end of 2015.Therefore,if the coal enterprise wants to obtain the coal trade vitality in this “new normal” economy,it needs to break the traditional business model of its own and enhance its integrate and coordinate funcation in the supply chain system;and it also needs to explore the innovate business mode based on advanced information technology and information management system which can reduce the cost and increase the benefit.Then the coal enterprise will obtain the competitive advantage of sustainable development at last.First of all,the background,purpose and significance,the research idea and method of the article were elaborated.Then,the related contents about the concept of supply chain management,the characteristics of supply chain system,and the supply chain management of coal trade enterprises were introduced.Taking the coal trading company A as an example,the traditional operating mode and the problems existing in the current supply chain management of company A were analyzed.Furthermore,the orientation of the operating mode and the improvement method for the coal distribution supply chain of company A were proposed.Finally,the conclusion is drawn from the comprehensive reform of the strategic adjustment,the construction of an innovative external supply chain system network,and the optimization of the internal operation process.The aim of this paper is to investigating the characteristics,operating mode,and the control method of each process point of the supply chain of the current coal industry in China,analyzing the reasons of the existing problems and putting forward some improved methods to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,with company A as a typical case,in order to provide a reference to the development direction for the major material trade enterprises having similar problems of supply chain management.
