In recent years, along with the electronic commerce enterprise in the development of China’s rapid, many e-commerce enterprises in order to increase consumption of payment convenient, also promote the increased amount of small consumer transaction of e-commerce enterprises, e-commerce enterprises each launched a small consumer credit business, such as Alibaba "flower chant," Sina "credit treasure", Jingdong "Jingdong white" and so on, these petty consumer credit payment gradually changing consumer spending habits, consumer e-commerce mode of payment after the first consumption has become a new generation of young group shopping choice. Although the introduction of e-commerce enterprise petty consumer credit, consumer groups can to bring a better shopping experience, also can increase the retail sales enterprise electronic commerce, but behind this petty consumer credit payment is a series of problems. Therefore, this paper takes the Jingdong e-commerce enterprises launched the "Jingdong ious" do pay the illustration for petty consumer credit, by analyzing the basic theory problems of the micro construction of consumer credit, personal credit evaluation system, in order to provide e-commerce petty consumer credit risk control reference significance.In this paper, through the case analysis method, comparative analysis method, theory with practical analysis and comprehensive literature analysis method, analyzes the reasons of micro consumption electronic commerce credit risk produced by the foundation, risk prevention and control of existing theory as the research foundation, in-depth analysis of the risk control of electronic commerce petty consumer credit needs, from the pre loan loans and credits, after three the overall flow of control within, in the electronic commerce enterprise internal and external mechanism need perfect the corresponding supporting measures. At the same time, taking the electronic commerce enterprise "Jingdong ious" as an example, presents the "petty consumer credit business Jingdong ious" similar, need to construct the evaluation system of personal credit, personal credit evaluation score by standard approval to the small consumer credit lines corresponding. Through the research and analysis of this paper, in order to provide reference opinions of e-commerce enterprises in small consumer credit business risk prevention and control.
