Online shopping is a way of shopping is very popular in our country at present,and the diversification of the electric business platform more promoted the growth of online shopping,electronic commerce development present explosive rise in recent years,all kinds of shopping section is the degree of development in the "the whole nation to buy",and there are a lot of electricity enterprises have been listed,its economic growth and financial environment of our country has caused to be reckoned with.All kinds of electricity enterprises to expand their business,the enterprise scale expanding,constantly introduced to electric business based on the background of enterprise products and platforms,these products and platform first in service in electric business platform business entrepreneurs,convenient for shoppers,followed by increased employment opportunities,innovative Internet derivatives,to the forward development of the society plays an important role.Electric business enterprise in the expansion of product breadth,depth,requirement of data mining,large increase in the number of users,the application of various aspects have been continuously explore,is the direct benefits of e-commerce platform rising trading volume,trading volume of the rise of direct problem is the rising demand for capital.Electric business enterprise in order to meet the shopping needs of shoppers,launched e-commerce credit,such as ali launched "ants spend bai" jingdong introduced "the jingdong ious",its not only mainly used as shopping on the platform of consumer credit,also is the very important in Internet financial a form of consumer credit,and any kind of financial form inevitably comes with risk.In the consumer credit of e-commerce,the existing risks include legal risk,credit risk,operational risk and liquidity risk.In this paper,legal risk and credit risk are mainly studied.At present,the risk control of e-commerce is mainly used in the comprehensive analysis of big data.In the process of conducting research,questionnaires are also used to analyze the samples.The first part of this article first introduces the research background and significance and the domestic foreign literature review of research in this aspect,respectively from the electronic commerce the development of consumer credit,e-commerce consumer credit risk,risk assessment system,consumer credit risk prevention and improvement measures,and domestic and international research dynamic reviewed several aspects of research.Then the innovation points and research methods in this paper are introduced.The second part mainly introduces the definition and status quo of e-commerce consumer credit and consumer e-commerce credit risk,legal risk and credit risk are introduced,then the theory expounded on the need,including the information asymmetry theory and personal credit evaluation theory.The third part describes the development history and current situation ofe-business consumer credit according to the data of questionnaire,and the chart analysis is used to make the phenomenon more obvious.The fourth part focuses on the current situation of the consumer credit risk of e-commerce,in which the default rate and risk concentration are also analyzed and summarized according to the questionnaire survey data.The fifth part is based on FICO model of e-commerce consumer credit risk influence factors analysis,on the basis of FICO model are introduced,and also studies the electricity for FICO model application in our country,the effect on the risk factors in the cross analysis and influence the size of the results.The sixth part is mainly based on the aforementioned legal risk and credit risk control countermeasures,including the external environment,the process of risk control strategies,etc.,for the perfection of personal credit evaluation system,etc.
