Study On The Response Of Industrial Structure In Yunnan Province Under The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

The paper is based on the idea of ecological civilization, to "strive to become the first of the idea of ecological civilization" as the goal of ecological civilization construction, to select industrial structure of province of Yunnan and 16 cities or states of Yunnan as the study. Chapter one about introduction elaborate the present research situation on industrial structural in response to ecological civilization construction, mainly from the theory of industrial structure, the theory of ecological civilization construction, the theory of industrial structure in response to ecological civilization construction. The Second Chapter, addressed specifically the theory of ecological civilization construction in response to industrial structure, established the theoretical basis for the study. The third chapter use method of entropy, found respectively index system of industrial ecology from the economic level, the level of ecological and social dimensions, studying the overall level of ecological civilization spatial characteristics of Yunnan Province and its’ cities or states from 2000 to 2012, the results show that the construction of ecological civilization about Yunnan Province is mainly determined by economy and ecology. The fourth chapter estimates status of industrial structure in response to ecological civilization construction about Yunnan Province and its’ 16 cities and states in the level of economic growth from 1995 to 2012 in 18 years by setting related econometric model and using Eviews6.0, the results show that changes of industrial structure exist highly correlated to economic growth, and the urgently need to adjust or optimize industrial structure of Yunnan Province and its’ 16 cities or states. Analyzing status of industrial structure in response to ecological civilization construction about Yunnan Province and its’ 16 cities and states from 1995 to 2012 by the method of ecological environmental impact index, the results show:(1) changes of industrial structure of Yunnan to ecological environment create small pressure, belong to a medium level;(2) the pressure of Yunnan 16 cities or states of industrial structural change on the ecological environment is also small, basically belong to the middle level, but changes of industrial structure of each city are closely related.to ecological environment.The fifth chapter propose solution and suggestion about industrial structure in response to ecological civilization construction from three points of government、enterprise and public on economic growth and ecological environment.
