Study On Regional Differences Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Hebei Province

When general secretary Xi Jinping elaborated on the relationship between ecology and civilization,he pointed out: "The better the ecology is,the more civilized it is,and the worse the ecology is,the less civilized it is." As large as the entire country,as small as each people,the ecological civilization has been immersed in every corner of society.Hebei Province is a major traditional industrial province in China,the level of ecological civilization in the region varies,this will have a certain impact on the overall social and economic development of Hebei Province.Based on this,this paper starts the research on the difference of ecological civilization construction in prefecture-level cities of Hebei Province.First of all,through combing the relevant research results of ecological civilization construction at home and abroad,the connotation of ecological civilization construction is summarized,Based on this,the status quo of ecological civilization construction in prefecture-level cities of Hebei Province is analyzed in depth,and it is found that the level of ecological civilization construction in prefecture-level cities is not the same,and is a certain difference.In order to further study the differences in regional ecological civilization construction,the article draws on the experience of designing related indicators systems for the development of ecological civilization in China.The construction of an indicator system for the development of ecological civilization in prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province that includes a total of 16 indicators in three aspects: economic development,social progress,and ecological environment.The entropy method and index method are used to make an empirical analysis of the construction of ecological civilization in prefecture-level cities of Hebei Province from 2006 to 2015.Through analysis,we can see that in 2006-2015,the level of ecological civilization construction in Langfang,Qinhuangdao,Shijiazhuang,and Tangshan was high;in recent years,progress has slowed;the level of ecological civilization construction in Hengshui,Xingtai and Baoding is relatively low;and the speed of progress has accelerated significantly;the construction of ecological civilization in Zhangjiakou,Chengde,Handan and Cangzhou is in the middle level,and in recent years,the pace of progress is accelerating slowly.On the whole,the level of ecological civilization construction in Hebei Province has been continuously improved from 2006 to 2015.Since 2013,the speed of the development in ecological civilization construction in various cities has gradually narrowed.Based on this,the suggestions for improving the level of ecological civilization construction in prefecture-level cities of Hebei Province are proposed in order to better promote the healthy and green development of the economic society in prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province.
