A Study On The Community Management Strategy Of City Commercial Banks

The status of China’s city commercial Banks in the financial market is increasing day by day,the whole entity enhanced obviously, in service in the local economic development has played a m ore and more important role.Development still faces many problems, but the current of the slow pr ocess of reform, the management model of the mechanism of the operating mode and the needs of the local economic development still exist contradictions, city commercial Banks in our country re form is a long-term proposition.The article uses the literature,theoretical research,logic reasoning a nd the method of SWOT.For domestic and foreign city community management of commercial ba nk development strategy research literature review, using the classical management theory combin ed with our country current situation of the development of economics analysis of city bank devel opment the necessity and feasibility of community management, and then to Bank of GUIZHOU a s an example, in GUIZHOU province feeling fully analysis and Bank of GUIZHOU development Community Banks on the basis of practice in Bank of GUIZHOU development of community-bas ed management of SWOT analysis, SWOT matrix are obtained.According to the analysis of reaso ning result gives Suggestions for GUIZHOU bank development community manageme nt countermeasures.In this paper, the research mainly divided into five parts.The first part elaborates the resear ch background and significance of the literature.The second part defines the relevant concepts of t his study, a brief introduction to this article research involves the theory.The third part of the resea rch current situation of the development of urban commercial Banks in China demonstrate the nec essity and feasibility of development of community management.he fourth part analysis to econo mic development in GUIZHOU province Financial demand combined with current situation in G UIZHOU,Bank of GUIZHOU development of community-based management of SWOT analysi s, SWOT matrix are obtained.The fifth part according to the above, this paper put forward targeted for Bank of GUIZHOU development community management countermeasures suggested.
