Income distribution is an important theory of the Marx doctrine, which is also a realistic problem that should be faced with in the development of socialism in our country. We should have a correct understanding of Marx’s theory of income distribution, and systematically summarize the understandings of Marxism’s classical writers about Marx’s theory of income distribution. Marx’s income distribution theory can be roughly divided into three stages. The first stage is from the beginning of 40 s of 1800 th until 1857. The second stage is from 1857 until 1875, before “The Critique of the Gotha Program”, Marx clearly pointed out the relationship between distribution and production: “The distribution structure entirely depends on the production structure, and distribution itself is the product of production.” The third stage is the publishment of “The Critique of the Gotha Program”, which not only marks the formal formation of Marx’s distribution theory, but also is the general principle of Marx’s distribution theory. On the basis of generalizing Marx’s theory of income distribution and its development, this thesis lays emphasis on the analysis of the development of Marx’s theory of income distribution in China. Besides, with the reform and opening-up being the dividing line, it also combs the practice and development of Marx’s theory of income distribution in China before and after the reform and opening-up. Through the analysis of the present situation of Chinese income distribution and the elaboration of the specific content of the Chinese income distribution, this thesis scientifically combs the historical evolution and new development of Marx’s theory of income distribution in China. In this thesis, the historical evolution of Marx’s theory of income distribution in China is divided into three periods which are the practice and development before the reform and opening-up, the practice and development after the reform and opening-up and the new expounding regarding income distribution after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This thesis also puts forward its own point of view in sorting out these in order to have a better understanding of Sinicized Marx’s income distribution theory.
