Farmers' right to land has long been recognized by many governments and international organizations, including the world bank,as an important measure to unleash productivity and reduce regional poverty. For most farmers, the most effective way to redistribute land to achieve optimal allocation is to participate in the farmland transfer market.Especially since the 18th national congress, the speed of land transfer has been accelerated, and policy dividends have been released continuously. There are few studies on the changes of land transfer before and after the 18th national congress in existing literature. This article is based on CFPS data, select the eighteenth big before 2010,and the mixture of 18 in 2014,two years after the big cross section data, the hybrid mode model and bayesian estimation method, based on the fact that the analysis of the framework, explores the farmland circulation and rural income distribution, the relationship between the robustness test was carried on.At the same time, taking the large-scale operation of tea garden in yingshan county as an example, this paper analyzes three different land transfer modes, their transfer effects and existing institutional constraints, and obtains some relatively reliable conclusions. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, research objectives and methods, and the structure of the paper. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis from the aspects of land resource allocation, income distribution and urban-rural dual system and sorts out the relevant literature, and puts forward the proposition hypothesis according to the existing literature. The third chapter introduces the data, measurement methods and statistical analysis of samples, including bayesian estimation and PPM method. The fourth chapter is the land transfer mode and case chapter.Taking the land transfer mode of yingshan county as an example, this chapter introduces the relevant experience of different land transfer modes and analyzes the existing institutional constraints in the current land transfer process. The fifth chapter is the empirical chapter, which selects 2010 and 2014 before and after the 18th CPC national congress as the analysis years to compare and analyze the changes of income effect and income distribution effect before and after the land transfer. Finally, the conclusions in the foregoing are summarized according to the foregoing analysis. This article has answered three basic questions in the agricultural land system reform question:whether must establish the land transfer market in the land transfer process? What is the income distribution effect of land transfer market on farmers? How to choose the way of land circulation in the process of land circulation? This paper explains the effect of land transfer and its significance of sustainable poverty reduction to a certain extent, which has certain enlightenment significance for further promoting land transfer and improving rural supporting system.
