Research On China's Economic Diplomacy Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,China has made remarkable achievements in its development.It has grown from a low-income developing country to the world's second largest economy,the world's largest trading nation,and the only country in the world with a complete industrial body.The 18 th party congress especially,facing the complex situation at home and abroad,the party central committee with comrade xi for the core challenge together led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups,each enterprise vigorous development,China's economic diplomacy vigor,for China's economic development provides a stable international environment,thus further enhance China's international status,realizing the great revival of the Chinese dream laid a strong foundationSince the 18 th CPC national congress,the thought and practice of China's economic diplomacy have been further incorporated into the theoretical system of marxism sinicization.Among them,economic diplomacy is the further deepening and expansion of marxist thought on foreign economic exchanges.At present,China's economic diplomacy is moving forward continuously.However,trade protectionism and local protectionism have hindered the originally open and inclusive international economic order,posing unprecedented challenges and threats to the global multilateral trading mechanism.Against this background,China has demonstrated its strong resilience for development.The vigorous launch of many economic and diplomatic initiatives not only reflects China's needs,but also demonstrates China's vision and wisdom as a responsible power.Through a series of economic diplomacy activities,China has expounded and demonstrated its views on globalization and multilateralism to various countries and regions.We have put forward the "One Belt And One Road" initiative to actively build a community with a Shared future for mankind.At the same time,we have made constant efforts to deal with trade frictions between the United States and the United States and actively participated in the reform of the WTO so as to minimize our own losses.This paper is based on the standpoint,viewpoint and method of marxism and consists of two parts.The first part is the introduction.Based on the research results at home and abroad,it systematically integrates the thoughts and practices of China's economic diplomacy since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,so as to analyze its overall framework.It is helpful to better understand the foreign policy of the communist party of China,actively respond to and support the national diplomatic strategy,and serve for China's economic take-off.The second part of the article main body,is composed of four chapters,the first chapter of economic diplomacy related concept definition,analysis of China's economic diplomacy theory origin and facing the new situation,this paper sums up the main ideas of China's economic diplomacy: 1.Insist on innovation leads to shape the international new order 2.Service national development strategy to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation 3.Spread the development of China's win-win cooperation concept;Since the second chapter mainly analyzes the eighteenth big foreign practice of China's economy,mainly from three aspects,on the one hand,this paper introduces the China and the United States,Japan,European Union,Russia's main achievements and challenges between the great powers of economic diplomacy,on the other hand,this paper expounds the China and southeast Asia,northeast Asia,central Asia's close ties to the positive and promising economic diplomacy.At last,the paper introduces China's participation in African,Latin American and multilateral organizations under the "One Belt And One Road" initiative from the regional level.The third chapter analyzes the impact of China's economic diplomacy on China's own development,and further explains the positive impact of economic diplomacy on the realization of China's great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream and global governance.The fourth chapter discusses the changes in the international pattern and the challenges faced by China's economic diplomacy since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).
