A Research On Relationship Between Financial Development And Industrial Structure In Changzhutan City Group

Finance is the core of modern economy and plays an important role in the adjustment of industrial structure. The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, in turn, also has effect on financial development.Targeting the Changzhutan city group as the research object, this paper studies the relationship between its financial development and industrial structure, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of the study. The concrete research content is as follows:First of all, on the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant theories of financial development and industrial structure, this paper analyses the interaction mechanism of financial development and industrial structure. Financial development acts on the adjustment of industrial structure through the capital formation mechanism, resource allocation mechanism, credit catalytic mechanism and technology innovation mechanism. The adjustment of industrial structure acts on financial development by its influencing on financial structure, financial innovation and financial management.Then, this paper analyses the financial development and the industrial structure situation of Changzhutan city group. It analyzes financial development situation though total finance, financial structure and financial efficiency, and analyses industrial structure situation through rationalization and high-class of industrial structure, and find outthe problems existing in the financial development and the industrial structure of Changzhutan city group.Then, this paper made empirical analysis on the relationship between financial development and industrial structure of Changzhutan city group.It choose financial interrelated ratio and financial agency efficiency as the index of financial development, and choose industrial structure upgrade ratio is as the index of industrial structure. Through unit root test,co-integration test and granger causality test, it concludes that there is long-term co-integration relationship between financial development and industrial structure of Changzhutan city group. And there is no causal relationship between financial interrelated ratio and industrial structure upgrade ratio, but there is causal relationship between financial agency efficiency and industrial structure upgrade ratio.Finally, on the basis of above analysis, in view of the problems of financial development and industrial structure in Changzhutan city group,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for financial development, such as strengthening regional financial cooperation and improving the level of financial services. Also, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for upgrading the industrial structure, such as transforming traditional industries, developing the tertiary industry and high-tech industry.
