Changzhutan Agricultural Product Circulation System Optimization Design

In2007, Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan became the pilot area for national "two-oriented society" construction comprehensive reform. The harmonious development of industry and agriculture, and the improvement for the living standards of rural population which takes the proportion of70%in China are more and more important. Agricultural products are the major financial resource for farmers. From planned economy to market economy, the agricultural products are no longer in short supply, but because of the low benefits of agricultural products, more and more farmers prefer pouring into cities to staying in rural; the other hand, agricultural products have the closely link with farmers’ living, and the fluctuating price directly affect people’s life quality. Especially in recent years, the great price fluctuation of some agricultural products often occurs, so the key problem is the study of intermediate link of agricultural products from farmers to the end customer.On the basis of domestic and international experience about agricultural products circulation, this paper emphasizes the importance of agricultural products circulation system for CZT, surveys the current status of the CZT agricultural products circulation system with the industry chain theory and analyzes the existent problem. Meanwhile, this paper proposes the target and principle for optimizing CZT agricultural products circulation system, including the optimization of agricultural products supply chain structure, logistic supply structure, logistic node structure and logistic function structure; furthermore, this paper presents some protection measures for the optimization of CZT circulation system. At last, some suggestions are provided for optimizing CZT agricultural products circulation system from the government, universities and educational levels.
