Hunan province is central area economic more developed of area, years GDP economic growth has been keep good momentum, this to local banking of development provides has broad space, but with China banking market reform constantly in-depth, banking of within external environment occurred has larger of changes, external view global economic continued maintained weak situation, China economic development into new normal, and according to China WTO commitment China banking has gradually release foreign institutions of access limit, local bank will face foreign bank of impact. Internal market-oriented interest rate and financial development of the Internet to poor commercial banks’ traditional lending business model with a huge challenge, in the face of internal and external risks and challenges, must actively seek the reform of commercial banks in transition, Hunan province, through a variety of ways to enhance their competitiveness.
